Modeling Contamination of Peaches from Food Contact Surfaces during Simulated Dry Postharvest Handling
This study aimed to develop a model for assessing factors that contribute to microbial contamination of peaches during a simulated dry-handling scenario using Monte Carlo simulation (@RISK, Palisade).
