Asian Mango Chicken Wraps

Ingredients

  • 1 mango (peeled and diced)
  • 3 whole green onions (chopped)
  • 2 tablespoons basil (chopped small)
  • 1 cup roasted chicken (cubed)
  • 1 large carrot (grated)
  • 1 cup Napa cabbage (sliced)
  • 1/2 red bell pepper (diced)
  • 1/3 cup cream cheese
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
  • 4 whole-wheat flour tortillas
  • Optional: 1 teaspoon sesame oil

Instructions

  1. Wash, slice, and chop mango
  2. Wash and slice green onions and basil.
  3. Wash and peel carrots
  4. Grate/shred carrots.
  5. Wash and chop cabbage and red bell pepper.
  6. Mix cream cheese, peanut butter and soy sauce together in a small bowl
  7. Mix all fruits and veggies together in a large bowl
  8. Spread cream cheese mixture on tortilla.
  9. Layer ingredients on tortilla, roll wrap, and enjoy!
