Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangos (diced)
  • 1 small cucumber (diced)
  • 2 medium green onions (fine chop)
  • 1 medium jalapeno pepper (diced small)
  • Juice of 2 medium limes
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • Cayenne pepper to taste
  • Optional:
  • 1 medium bell pepper (diced)
  • ¼ cup cilantro (roughly chopped)

Instructions

  1. Gather and prepare ingredients.
  2. Add all the ingredients to a large bowl.
  3. Mix well.
  4. For the best flavor, cover and refrigerate for at least one hour before serving.
