This study therefore concludes that for agricultural universities and colleges to deliver quality
training and produce graduates that are relevant for the changing job market, they must carry
out regular curriculum review. This should be done in partnership with other key stakeholders
including the private and public sector institutions. Training facilities should be modernized
and field attachments/practical emphasized. The curricular should have components of
business, management and planning to produce graduates who are able to handle multi skilled
tasks as demanded today’s job market
