(upbeat music) - Hi, my name is Mary Safie from Safie Specialty Foods. I joined the Product Center in June of 2006. Safie's is continually working with the Product Center and their dynamic and knowledgeable councilors. Besides, they're a lot of fun to work with. Safie's has participated in the 11 of the conferences and was awarded the very first Director's Award in 2015. The Product Center is there for all of us to utilize and to become a part of, and to work as a team. Working with the center in arenas, from simple packaging, labeling or nutritional analysis to purchasing raw materials available through the local farm communities. (silence)
