About Emeritus Faculty
The Emeritus/Former section of the AFRE website lists profiles of AEC/AFRE faculty who have retired or resigned after many years of service, drawing on historical information from E.B.Hill's and others' work, and from faculty files/personal notes. Retired faculty who are still advising graduate students or active in funded projects are also included in the regular AFRE faculty list. For brief biographies and other information about faculty not found in the current Emeritus/Former section see E.B. Hill's 1891-1969 faculty listing.
