Researchers harvest late blight resistant potatoes from three field trial locations in Kenya.

The harvests were led by project partner Kenyan Agricultural and Livestock Research Organization (KALRO). The harvest also brought project Director Dr. Dave Douches from Michigan State University and the project's Disease Resistance Management Global Resource Lead Dr. Phillip Wharton from the University of Idaho to Kenya to take part in the event. The researchers are now busy analyzing the data from the agronomic trial and we look forward to sharing this research soon.
