Jinnifer Ortquist is a Senior Extension Educator and serves on the Financial and Homeownership Education Work Team.  Ortquist is responsible for planning, promoting, delivering and evaluating educational programs focused on financial capability and home buyer education in Allegan, Barry, Kent and Ottawa counties as well as supporting regional and statewide initiatives that enhance county programs.  She serves as the team point of contact for both the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA).  She is a Principal Investigator (PI) on numerous state and federal grants and has been with the organization for over 17 years.
