MSU Tollgate Farm Rental Spaces

 

CONFERENCE CENTER

The Tollgate Conference Center has been used for business meetings, private events, such as baby showers, wedding showers, family reunions, and birthday parties.  This area is available to accommodate up to 80 guests. We have audio visual equipment that includes an overhead wireless LCD projector, podium and microphone with complementary Wi-Fi. This main conference facility is surrounded with windows and French doors that offer a spectacular view of gardens, trees and the farm pond. Ample paved parking for visitors is located a short walk from the driveway.

 

 

HISTORIC BARN

This barn was built circa 1850 by hand hewn, wooden beam construction.  If you look closely you can identify the ax marks in the wood still today, at 175 years later. These huge oak beams and lofty ceilings will create a casual, rustic atmosphere for your guests. The uniqueness of hosting in our barn will give your guests a memory they will never forget. The Tollgate Barn offers unique charm and atmosphere for your event.

 

 

TOLLGATE FARM GROUNDS

Tollgate Farm grounds are located on 160 sprawling acres that encompass the farmhouse, barns, historic buildings, ornamental gardens, walking trails, pastures and various farm animals.  Our historic Tollgate Farm provides a natural and peaceful setting for outdoor events including weddings, family reunions, team building activities & company picnics. Hosting your event at Tollgate, gives visitors an opportunity to explore and enjoy the farm.

 

AMERICANA BOARDROOM

The American Executive Board Room, is located inside the historic farm house built in 1855. The board room is used for small meetings, suitable for 8-10 guests.  There is audio visual equipment available for use. This meeting room features a stone fireplace, bay window, vaulted wood planked ceiling and French doors that lead to a deck overlooking the beautiful gardens. Guest parking is located along the brick pathway, adorned with seasonal garden beds surrounding the home.
