Landscape Construction & Maintenance Foreman (Harbor Springs/Petoskey/Burt Lake)

Birchwood Landscape Inc. of Harbor Springs is currently hiring a Landscape Foreman to add to our team and grow with our company.

We are a family operated business doing most of our work in the Harbor Springs, Petoskey and Burt Lake areas of Northern Michigan. This is a full-time position April through November with the opportunity to work year-round for the right person. An experienced foreman with 1+ years under their belt, a clean drivers license with CDL preferred.

Benefits:

Vacation: 40 hours paid - after 1 year

Paid Holidays after 60 days: Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving

Simple IRA: up to 3% match

Compensation: $18 - $26 per hour

Must be able to work hard, work smart and have a solid ability to lead and instruct your team. Job duties include working in all aspects of landscape construction and maintenance, including but not limited to those listed below:

Brick/paver/stone patios and walks

Boulder and stone work

Tree/Shrub/Perennial planting and care

General landscape maintenance, such as trimming/pruning

Spring and fall cleanup, including edging, bark mulch, etc.
