As summer moves into fall, join us to explore ideas for preserving the vegetables you might still have left in the garden. Discover how to safely preserve high-acid foods like fruits and acidified tomatoes using your water bath. You can also learn about blanching and freezing, what foods need to be blanched, and why.
Join us for this FREE in-person workshop brought to you by MSU Extension, in partnership with Blue Zones Activate Barry County.
This workshop will be taught by an experienced MSU Extension food safety educator.
