Bio: 

Jennifer Le is currently dual enrolled in the undergraduate and graduate programs at Michigan State University’s School of Packaging while minoring in Food Processing and Technology. During her undergraduate studies, she had two internships. One internship was at Multi Packaging Solutions, a print and packaging supplier, and the other at PepsiCo where she supported the Quaker team. Jennifer is expected to graduate in May 2019, and will continue her studies and research in graduate school. 

Research Focus:  

Jennifer is currently working on utilization of byproducts into a polymer matrix.
