I am a master's student in the Wetzel lab, and I'm broadly interested in predator-prey interactions and food webs, especially in agroecosystems. Before coming to MSU I worked on a variety of projects including the effect of disturbance on salt marsh food web structure, drought and biocontrol in wheat, and how pesticides impact monarch butterfly development. Currently I am studying how plant diversity affects predator-prey interactions in tomato, comparing the success of a generalist predator and herbivore in genetic monocultures vs. polycultures.
