Naomi Hyso
Naomi is a Health Educator focusing on chronic disease prevention and management. She is housed in the Muskegon County MSU Extension office. She is passionate about reaching undeserved populations. Her current initiative focuses on diabetes education/outreach for the vulnerable seasonal agricultural-worker population. She serves as co-chair of the Oceana Healthy Lifestyles committee.
Naomi is trained to deliver the following courses: Chronic Disease PATH, Diabetes PATH, Chronic Pain PATH, Dining with Diabetes, A Matter of Balance, Tai Chi, SLEEP, Stress Less with Mindfulness, and Powerful Tools for Caregivers.
