Several iterations exist, look for the template that addresses your specific need (events that are cancelled, postponed or modified with registered participants or open to the public, with or without associated fees, etc.). Note the templates are designed for customization; pay special attention to areas in yellow that should either be customized or reviewed to ensure all listed items are relevant for the particular program or event. Omit items as necessary.
While these templates have been created specifically for 4-H programs they could easily be customized for others by removing the reference to Michigan 4-H.
