MSU Extension Volunteer Communicating Through Conflict Training

The Communicating through Conflict training is required for all Active Gold and Active Silver MSU Extension volunteers who wish to participate in face-to-face meetings or events. This training can be completed in Volunteer Central or through a group Zoom coordinated by an MSU Extension professional. For those who are unable to complete the training online, please reach out to your MSU Extension staff contact for options. This document provides the content from the training for those who want to review it.

This training is not required for volunteers engaging only in virtual spaces.
