To perform this exercise, lay flat on your back with your legs straight out and your arms at your sides. You can even put your hands underneath your hips for additional comfort. While keeping your upper back on the floor, raise both legs in the air, keeping them straight and your core nice and tight. Come up as high as you comfortably can, pausing slightly at the top before returning to the starting position.
