Draft Guidance Overview
The FDA recently released a draft guidance on the FSMA Produce Safety Rule, and they are looking to industry to provide comments. The draft guidance offers examples and clarification on some of the flexible language in the rule. We have created a series of videos to highlight key points of the draft guidance that differ from what has been published before. Public comment is being accepted until April 22, 2019.
