Learn how to use research/evidence based strategies to live a fuller life by learning the skills in tai chi, mindfulness, sleep hygiene and nutrition tips.  This is what will happen with participation:

  • Reduces stress and increases relaxation
  • Healthy eating
  • Get longer and better quality sleep

Modifications will be provided for those who want to attend seated or standing.
