Join us for a fun day of learning to preserve apples in various ways, from canning to freezing. We will talk about the science of why apples brown when peeled and how to help prevent that for the best quality product. Have you ever thought about canning apples? We will show you how! All participants will get a bag of apples to take home so you can practice what you learned!
