A new bakery is launched in Muskegon Area with the purpose of providing transitional employment for men and women returning from prison or jail and helping them to get back on their feet and back to a full-time job eventually.

CRFS hosted "Advancing Healthy, Equitable Food Systems," in conjunction with the New Partners for Smart Growth Conference, offering many opportunities for local and regional food systems collaborators to connect and learn.
