About Our Partnership
The MSU Institute of Agricultural Technology (IAT) and St. Clair County Community College (SC4) have partnered to offer regionally relevant job-ready training programs for careers in some of Michigan's highest demand industries. Students will benefit from enrollment at both institutions with all courses delivered online and in Port Huron on the campus of SC4.
This partnership allows students to earn a certificate from MSU's Institute of Agricultural Technology (IAT) while working toward an associate degree from SC4. Full-time students will be able to complete the associate degree and certificate in just two years. Financial aid and other student support services are provided by SC4 making everything convenient and accessible.
By working together, IAT and SC4 are able to offer these specialized training programs for high-demand jobs close to home and at a lower overall cost. Graduates will be prepared for rewarding job opportunities in agriculture or to continue their education at Michigan State University in East Lansing.
Students will apply for admission to MSU IAT AND SC4 to participate in one of the partnership programs. Enrollment information for MSU IAT is available on the IAT Admissions website.
