Looking for an enthusiastic, committed worker to join our team at Welby Gardens, a bedding plant company, family owned.

Entry/mid level position, we will train you 'The Welby Way". You will be conducting proper irrigation of crops, monitoring crops for growth, health and insects, Moving, spacing and cutting crops, general greenhouse maintenance. Will apply growth regulators, fungicides and insecticides. 

Benefits: Medical & Dental, PTO, 401(k).

Full Time.

$16-$22 Depending on Experience.
