Module 1 Orientation
Introductions and orientation, safety and equipment training, review of in- ternship goals and objectives, tour of facilities, introduction to industry certi- fications, shadow Mentor and Project Managers
Module 2 Project Management
Field work including; softscape, hard- scape, irrigation, management and scheduling of projects, attend internal pre-con and post-con meetings, attend client pre-con meeting, permitting process, punch list walk. Learn Aspire software for enhancement work bidding
Module 3 Estimating
Basic irrigation design/layout, training on bidding concept, vendor sourcing, attend a pre-bid conference and bid opening, participate in a pre-bid site review, understand the bidding process
Module 4 In House Rotation
Landscape and Turf Management Arbor Care
Landscape Design
Management Shadowing - Weekly
Spend time with mentor on morning start up, client calls with mentor, scheduling, customer relations training (by observation), management of crews, safety
Module 1 Orientation
Introductions and orientation, safety and equipment training, review of internship goals and objectives, tour of facilities, introduction to industry certifications.
Module 2 Field Work
Brush clean-up, stump grinding, tree ropes basics, chemical application, bucket truck crew, chain saw, chipper blade replacement

Module 4 Sales
Lead generation, building a book of business, bidding, pricing, estimating, closing a sale, setting proper client expectations
Module 5 Management Training
Shadow AM, observe management of crews, morning start up, scheduling, customer relations, shadow HSE Officer and Arbor Branch Manager, understand Profit and Loss, monthly forecasting, tracking tools, pay and commission structure
Module 1 Orientation

Module 2 Irrigation/ Fert-Chem
Irrigation Management Fertilization/Chemical Applications Time with Irrigation and Fertilizer- Pesticide Superintendent
