SUMMER INTERNSHIP - Organic & Conventional Farm
We are looking for farm crew members interested in experiencing a
diverse, organic, and conventional farming operation. Our farm raises traditional
row crops (corn, soybeans, and grains) in rotation with specialty crops such as
pumpkins, squash, green beans, asparagus, potatoes, and dry beans. Our goal
is a continuous movement towards organic / specialty crops along with value
added processes (fresh pack and organic feed mill).

3. Pay Range: $16.00 - $19.00 per hour
4. Summer housing available.

- Passionate about growing food, farming, and farm lifestyle
- Strong communication skills coupled with a teamwork mentality.
- Willingness to learn, adapt, be flexible to an ever-changing environment.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic.
- Willingness to work long hours when needed.
- We expect all work to be done to the highest standards that our
organization prides itself in.
- Enjoy working inside and outside, understanding that inclement weather is
a part of farming.
- Valid ID and driver's license.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Farming experience.
- Experience with farm equipment & tools
- Cropping & Agronomy experience
- Ag related software experience
