Emma Jernstadt serves as the Office Assistant IV in the Department of Entomology’s Business Office, providing administrative, financial and program support with a strong emphasis on international programs. In her role, she coordinates logistics such as travel, events, consultant contracts, billing and financial reporting. She is the department’s lead expert for international travel and ensures compliance across grants, purchasing and university vehicle management.
