The CRFS Livestock Work Group hosted a webinar with Jan Joannides, co-founder and executive director of Renewing the Countryside, a non-profit that works to strengthen rural communities. She recently served as an Endowed Chair in Agricultural Systems at the Minnesota Institute for Sustainable Agriculture, focusing on local food and Minnesota’s local meat industry.
