We're a premier landscaping and design firm serving residential, commercial and civic clients,
and we're looking for an Assistant Project Manager or Project Management Intern to support
our growing team.
What You’ll Do
● Assist with end-to-end project management: design development, estimating,
scheduling, and execution
● Coordinate schedules, materials, and subcontractors
● Monitor job site progress, quality, and safety
● Communicate with clients and team members to keep projects on track
● Help manage project documentation and budgets
● Support the transition from installation to ongoing maintenance
What We’re Looking For
● 1–3 years of experience in landscape, construction, or project management (internships
count!)
● Strong work ethic and organizational and time management skills
● Great communication and problem-solving abilities
● Ability to read landscape plans and construction drawings
● Proficiency in AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office
● Spanish language proficiency a plus
● Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Degree or progress toward a Bachelor’s in Landscape Architecture, Construction Management,
Horticulture, or related field preferred
