Here is the reality check. You may have identified the best way to deliver the content. But is it feasible?
- How much time will you have to develop the program in its new format? Is the time investment worth it given your anticipated participation and longevity of the program (return on investment)?
- Do you have a budget for this? How much?
- How tech savvy are you? Do you have time to learn a new technology?
- What technology is available to you and your co-facilitators? (hardware, software, type of internet service, network firewalls, etc.)
- What technology is available to your partners? (hardware, software, type of internet service, network firewalls, etc.)
- What technology is available to your audience? (hardware, software, type of internet service, network firewalls, etc.)
