Katy Joe joined the Center for Regional Food Systems as an Executive Assistant in January 2024 after previously serving as an intern from 2013-2014. Prior to joining CRFS, Katy Joe worked as a Development Assistant for the National Audubon Society and a self-employed Manager/Virtual Assistant for several health and wellness organizations. 

She holds a bachelor's in journalism with a Specialization in Environmental Studies from Michigan State University, and has a passion for accessible wellness and the intersections of food, farming, and the environment.
