Mary Donaldson
Mary Donaldson is a food safety educator providing food safety education for consumers and food services in Hillsdale, Lenawee, Livingston, Monroe, and Washtenaw counties.
Mary has received a Master of Jurisprudence in Global Food Law and a Master of Science in Food Safety, and a Bachelor of Science in Family Community Services from Michigan State University. Additionally, she holds degrees in Journalism (AA) and Baking & Pastry Arts (AS) from Washtenaw Community College.
Mary holds a ManageFirst Professional Credential through the National Restaurant Association, is a ServSafe Manager Certification Course Instructor and Proctor, and is FSPCA certified in Preventative Controls for Human Food.
