Ameen graduated from Karunya Institute of Technology and Sciences, India, with a Bachelor of Technology in Food Processing Technology. He is currently employed in Dr. Dolan's lab as a Research Assistant. His research interests include Food Engineering and Unit operations in Food Processing.
