Background and Research Interests

Winter Graham graduated from Michigan State University in May of 2023 with a BS in Food Science with a Food Technology concentration. Her research aims to optimize the dehulling of pulses, like beans and peas, through food processing innovation.  She additionally aims to explore practical applications of various pulse flours through a product development lens.
