MSU-FSHN research team recognized for most-cited research publication

MSU researchers - including FSHN's Elliot Ryser and Bradley Marks - are part of a food safety team whose work was chosen as the most-cited research paper published five years ago.

The co-Editors of the Journal of Food Protection announced that an MSU team's research paper was selected as the first place recipient of the 2019 John N. Sofos Most-cited JFP Research Publication Award.

Based on information obtained from the ISI Web of Science and Scopus on May 1, 2019, their paper was the most cited research paper published five years ago.  The award certificate will be presented at the International Association for Food Protection (IAFP) Annual Meeting in Louisville, Kentucky, July 21-24, 2019.
