Dietetic Internship Director

Responsible for coordination and leadership of self-sustaining Michigan State University Dietetic Internship Program. Coordinates interns, preceptors and sites, content, and communication with the accreditation and credentialing agencies of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.

Background

Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) with a background in acute and skilled care clinical nutrition management, ventilator unit nutrition care, development of community nutrition programs, and food service management. Clinical interests include food and medication interactions and the treatment of malnutrition in the geriatric population.
