Background and Research Interests
Jun earned his B.S. in Food Science from Michigan State University and worked at Neogen in Lansing, Michigan for 3 years. He earned his M.S. in Food Science from Oregon State University in December 2021. He joined the lab in January 2022 and is working on characterizing fermented sausage processing parameters and their impact on pathogen inactivation.
