The Bailey Scholars Program (BSP) at Michigan State University promotes T-shape learning through dynamic curricular design, entrepreneurial course objectives, and experiential learning. Hosted by the College of Agriculture and Natural Resources, BSP facilitates faculty directed meta-learning and learner directed achievement, assessed in ePortfolio for the ongoing benefit of students, university, and future employers. The BSP encourages connectedness in networked, peer-to-peer interactions through which learners shift from passive to engaged thinkers in applying deep concepts in multiple systems.
