Background and Research Interests

Yawei received her Bachelor's degree in Food Science from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and her MS in Food Science from Michigan State University.  She is currently a doctoral student in Dr. Bergholz lab.  Her research focuses on food safety in low moisture food.
