17th Annual Construction Management Golf Outing welcomes alumni from more than 30 companies

On Aug. 4, 2015, the Construction Management Program in the MSU School of Planning, Design and Construction welcomed alumni to MSU’s Forest Akers West in East Lansing. The 17th Annual Construction Management Golf Outing was a great success with sunny skies and warm weather, featuring alumni from more than 30 different companies in the construction industry who came out to golf and provide sponsorships. The funds generated from this event help assure that the CM Program maintains its stature as one of the nation’s best. (Photo left courtesy of Matthew Tuckey.)
Highlights from the event include the two Platinum Sponsors: Atlas Industrial, and Barton Malow. Additional sponsors included two Gold Sponsors: Clark Construction and Frank Rewold and Son InAc; and two Silver Sponsors: Power Construction and The Christman Company each having a foursome registered to golf. The winning team of the outing was Gunthorpe Plumbing, the second place team was Frank Rewold and the third place team was Usztan, LLC (including CM’s very own Professor Tim Mrozowski) (Below top left photo courtesy of Doug Cron). Additionally, during the social hour, Ron Boji, from the Boji Group, was honored with the “Alum of the Year” award and had great things to say during a speech about the CM Program!
